                                                               BARAM

In March this year 3 things happened which led to Baram entering my life. I was at a cafe and "met" a beautiful mini schnauzer there. Later that day I encountered another lovely mini with his owner. When I got home my husband told me that Janne Leeds had phoned to say that she had a new litter of puppies. I took this as the 3rd omen of the day and phoned her immediately, and went to see the 4 newborn puppies.

I had owned both a giant and standard schnauzer in the past, and was considering a mini this time. The puppies and their Mother were adorable, and I asked Janne to choose a small,
Maddy and Baram

BARAM
sweet natured pup which she thought would suit me best.  Baram (which means the chosen one) was to be the puppy for me and I loved him straight away and visited him regularly as he grew.

My husband and I were due to move house at about the time Baram was 8 weeks old, but Janne offered to keep him on at her place with her dogs till we could take him, which I really appreciated.

When I picked him up he was beautiful, healthy, housetrained, used to travelling in the car and very well socialised having grown up with Janne's dogs and cats. My flatmate acquired a couple of kittens and the 3 of them played and played, such fun to watch - better than TV.

I took care of Maddy my friend's dog while she was overseas, and she and Baram were inseperable friends, doing everything together. Now that Maddy is gone, He and I are inseperable friends! He is very happy sleeping in my bedroom on his cot and soon I will teach him to sit in a babycart which I can tow behind my bike. I will keep you posted on the progress!

A big huge thank you to Janne and Pete for my lovely boy!
